Since 1996 Jeffrey Hunter has been retailing and designing neckties. Prior to his involvement in men's neckties he was a professional photographer shooting landscapes in Iceland, the US South West, India, New York City, Miami Beach, the Albuquerque Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, and the 92 America's Cup.
He started selling ties in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego to car salesmen out of the trunk of 1966 Lincoln Continental and by appointment to stock brokerage firms. From 1997 to 2000 he operated two specialty retail kiosks selling ties in the Irvine Spectrum Center and Newport Beach Fashion Island. From the summer 2000 he has built web sites that offer novelty collector ties by Marvel Comics Spiderman, Disney and wildlife ties by Endangered Species. Included are really unique silk fashion ties by Electric Neckwear, and Martin Wong.
